DARIA deGOLIAN Interior Designer - Spanish Fort store For the last fifteen years Daria has managed an Atlanta based design business, Daria Designs, focusing on interior decorating, residential and commercial design, and design consulting. Her work has been featured in many print publications, including Atlanta Home Improvement magazine and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and she was a regular guest designer on the popular HGTV series Decorating Cents. She has recently relocated to the Eastern Shore and is excited to join La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries. LA-Z-BOY ASKS..... IF YOU WERE STRANDED ON AN ISLAND, WHAT THREE ITEMS WOULD YOU HAVE WITH YOU? (1) A sharp knife. (2) Lipstick (because I don’t go anywhere without it!). (3) A Spanx bathing suit! FAVORITE COLOR? Red, White and Blue. I love to bring Americana into my designs! FAVORITE LA-Z-BOY PRODUCT? All the La-Z-Boy furniture is great. It’s made in America, it’s well constructed AND it’s comfy. But my favorite product is our rugs, because I agree with Bess Marks: “They are the 5th wall!” FAVORITE DESIGN STYLE? Farmhouse, because it’s warm and inviting, and Transitional, because it’s classic with a contemporary twist and balances both masculine and feminine attributes. YOUR GOAL WITH YOUR WORK? I get great satisfaction from helping our clients reach their design goals, bringing out the best of their personal lifestyles. |
